Marc D. Winsberg has over twenty-three years experience as a litigator. After graduating at the top of his class and with several honors from Tulane Law School, Mr. Winsberg began his career litigating complex commercial litigation at Stone, Pigman, one of the oldest law firms in New Orleans. Mr. Winsberg has practiced in federal courts all over the United States and in the state court systems of Louisiana and California. He has vast experience litigating cases ranging from custody, community property, and support to wrongful death and business interruption claims. Over the past fifteen years, Mr. Winsberg has focused his practice more and more on family law. He has been honored in that field by being named a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (one of only nine in Louisiana), a Board Certified Family Law Specialist by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization and a member of the Loyola University Family Law Continuing Legal Education Advisory Board.
